Bjorn is an Old Norse word that directly translates to 'bear'. Bears were a significant animal in Old Nordic culture. They were often seen as a 'forefather' to mankind, in a way, as both Odin and Thor have been known in the Eddic Poems to take the form of bears when visiting Midgard. They represent strength, wisdom, balance and the forces of nature.

This bracelet is linked together by hand, closely and carefully polished and fade-free. The bear's jaw acts as the clasp for the bracelet, with its head covered with Old Scandinavian Artistry etched across its head.

It is advised to order a piece with a length slightly longer than your wrist's exact diameter. This ensures it'll fit perfectly and won't be too tight. If you wrist measures as 19cm, for example, you should order either a 19cm or 21cm length to ensure there will be some breathing room.
